LATE REGISTRATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO TEAM AVAILABILITY

Player registrations received after Feb. 17th (Cal Ripken) and Feb. 29th (Babe Ruth) will only be accepted if team space is available. If no team space is available, the player’s name will be kept on a list and if enough players register to form another team at that playing level and a coach is available, registrations will be accepted for those players registering late.
 

Please plan to visit us at the Myersville Town Hall during either of these days. We will have a sampling of sizes and types of uniforms for each playing level for your future All-Stars to try on to help with the uniform ordering process. If you do not attend one of the “Uniform Days” and simply guess at your child’s jersey and pant size when registering online, you do so at your own risk. Jerseys and hats cannot be exchanged as they have the players name on the back. You may exchange incorrect pant sizes at Middletown Sportsland, MJBL will not do this for you.


REGISTRATION CHANGE FOR 2012

Beginning with the 2012 Spring Season, MJBL has changed the family membership fee to a player membership fee and player registration fees have been adjusted accordingly. This new process will greatly simplify the required registration record keeping. Rather than requiring families to sell pizzas, cookies, etc., MJBL simply assess a player membership fee which is now included in the player's registration fee. We have done an excellent job with fundraisers and minimizing expenses to keep player registration fees as low as possible. MJBL offers the “best baseball for your dollar” with MJBL player registration fees significantly less than other local baseball organizations. You can help keep player registrations fees low by volunteering to work the concession stand, assisting with field work days and participating in league fundraisers.

Player Registration Refund Policy

FULL REFUNDS WILL BE AVAILABLE IF ONLY:

1. Refund request is made within 1 week of the start of the spring/fall season game schedule.

2. No uniform has been ordered for the player.

3. Coach (with league president approval) is able to fill slot on team roster prior to official start of playing season.

4. The number of registered players does not meet the required team size at a specific playing level.

A refund will be allowed if one of the above four conditions are met.  There are no partial refunds unless an injury prevents a player from playing before the start of the season. A partial refund is the total registration cost minus the cost of the uniform.
