Myersville Jr. Baseball League Meeting Minutes August 14, 2008 Present: Tom Truitt, Tom Mills, Diane
Zepp, Jeanne Bartoli, Cheryl Anne Forster, Scot Hopkins, and Tiffany Zimmerman.
Tom called the meeting to order at 7:25 p.m. July minutes were approved. Motion by
Diane and seconded by Tiffany. Old Business: Meeting with WMAA regarding field usage Preliminary Budget Discussion Harp Concession-Clean up Field Condition concerns Fall Ball registration – update Summer clinics – U8, U10, and U12 Softball – Saturdays in July (after
clinics) New Business: Budget Update – Finalize at Sept 08 meeting Finalize Committee Listing – duties associated Harp Renovations – update Concessions – both locations Fall Ball – finalizing Field Conditions Babe Ruth Coaches certified Spring Softball for youngest level only Prepare U6 field during Fall Fundraising The meeting was adjourned at 8:50 p.m. The next meeting is September 11, 2008, at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall.
